This 2022, once again, we have participated in ACHEMA, the most important European event for the process industry, especially for the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.

After having suffered several cancellations and date changes due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this long-awaited event has been held. The chosen dates were between August 22 and 26, in Frankfurt, Germany. All the participants, exhibitors and visitors have agreed that this selection of dates wasn’t well suited, especially for visitors from the south of Europe.

Our presence in ACHEMA

Our stand was in the Hall 8 of the Exhibition Centre Frankfurt, focused on pumps, compressors and valves. This has allowed us to do very interesting meetings with the main players of this market. From these meetings, new projects and collaborations have to emerge.

As described by Jens Waschniewski, Lidering’s sales Manager in Germany and Austria, “as specialists and producers of mechanical seals, being present in ACHEMA it’s a must for us, in order to position ourselves alongside our competitors in the market. The visitors had the opportunity to learn about our innovations in sealing technology and also about our production center in Spain. We take this opportunity to better understand the needs of our customers in the different sectors of the process industry. 

Our expectations regarding the number of contacts have been exceeded, despite the fact the number of visitors and exhibitors has been lower than in previous editions, which demonstrates the importance of this fair. We could share the opinion with our attendees that there were higher quality contacts. Opportunities and plans for the future have emerged from our discussions, which give hope after the current market situation. I think it was a very strong fair and we were able to expand our presence in the international market of sealing technology. In ACHEMA 2024 we will meet again and receive even more attention. I am sure of it.”

LIDERING at the fair

During our stay at ACHEMA, we have provided our clients with information on our entire range of services and products. We have presented our new LSC41 eCartridge seal with the new technology that allows the integration of sensors in cartridges. The Dry Seals have also attracted attention for those looking for a solution to work with very abrasive products. We have unveiled our wide range of solutions for the tightness of systems and equipment. Finally, we took the opportunity to celebrate the anniversary of our branch in Germany.

We would like to highlight that, for the first time, we have shared Stand with another member of EPI Industries, Epidor Seals & Rubber Technology, specialists and leaders in Spain in the design and manufacture of sealing solutions. This collaboration has shown the supply possibilities that our group has to customers and collaborators, from such a technical and competitive sector.
