On 26 and 27 September, the Flow Process Forum took place at the Vogel Würzburg Convention Center in Würzburg, Germany.

Flow Process Forum
The Flow Process Forum are an annual event organised by the Vogel Communications Group that focuses on pumps and hydrogen.
These industrial process components play an important role avoiding costly repairs and downtimes in production processes through targeted care and good pumps maintenance.
Hydrogen, the medium that is currently on everyone’s mind. The Hydrogen Forum is the platform for hydrogen technologies and solutions from an industry perspective.
This event offered a selection of exhibitors, without them Forum would lose its meaning, because the pumping process forums are based practical cases from everyday life.
Programme Flow Process Forum 2022
Participants and exhibitors were divided between the two main topics of the Flow Process Forums into the Pumps Forum and the Hydrogen Forum.
The aforementioned forums served as the perfect platform for the exchange of knowledge and developments between maintenance and operating engineers who take care of the smooth operation of process plants.
This year’s Flow Process Forum offered a two-days programme with presentations and workshops on the topics of pump technology, process and conveying systems, as well as concrete solutions and technical developments on the mega topic of hydrogen.
Visitors discussed and exchanged practical solutions and suggestions for their daily individual problems and expanding their network.
Pumps-Programme
The Pump Forum programme dealt with topics as diverse as:
- Service and predictive maintenance.
- Intelligent pumps and pump systems.
- Innovations in pump and compressor technology.
- Efficiency and synergies in pump system technology.
- Materials technology.
Hydrogen programme
The programme of the Hydrogen Forum has topics such as:
- Hydrogen production: from modular container systems to mega-electrolysis.
- Transport and infrastructure: pumps, fittings and compressors for the hydrogen economy.
- The use of hydrogen: focus on fuel cells.
- Power-to-X and gas processes.
- The challenge of materials technology: dense and durable in the hydrogen age.
- Brave new world of hydrogen: consequences and opportunities of industrial de-fossilisation.
Exhibitor in the Pump Forum
The Flow Process Forums are a leading forum for the German-speaking industry. For this reason, it has already become an unmissable event in the sector!
At this year’s edition, Lidering participated as an exhibitor together with Tamar.
Dry Seals
We used our presence at the event to present one of our most innovative products, the Dry Seal. A shaft seal with some interesting special features for dusty or highly abrasive products, which was presented as by our Sales Manager for Germany and Austria, Jens Waschniewski, one of the speakers on this Forum.
This technology requires a very specific field of application, so in addition to explaining the product in details in his speech, he also took the opportunity to clear up many doubts of the participants in a personal conversation.
