In the recycling sector, we work with plastic extrusion applications at +400\u00b0C. In these cases, our cartridge seals with metal bellows and special gaskets have been designed with integrated cooling connections, allowing the temperature of the sealing environment to be controlled and significantly extending the service life of the component.<\/span><\/p>\n

Another example of a custom mechanical seal: in the pharmaceutical and food industries, where CIP\/SIP cleaning and compliance with regulations such as FDA or USP Class VI are essential, we develop hygienic solutions such as the LWS31 single-component seal or the LDC40H double cartridge, which minimise dead zones and are constructed from materials suitable for food contact.<\/span><\/p>\n
