At Lidering, we are all those who have been part of the company at some point in its past and\/or present, each of us contributing our grain of sand. That\u2019s why last Friday, June 13th, we celebrated the company\u2019s 50th anniversary<\/strong> with a shared feeling of pride, gratitude, and joy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our commitment to the company made the evening\u2014held in a movie-like setting at <\/span>La C\u00fapula del Garraf<\/span><\/i>\u2014an event full of emotion, meaningful moments, and long-awaited reunions<\/strong>. A magical night that radiated a deep sense of belonging and community.<\/span><\/p>\n

This was beautifully expressed by \u00d2scar Deltell, Global Business Manager of the Lidering<\/strong> Group, who shared the following words during the celebration:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAs the person with the greatest responsibility in the Lidering Group, I feel happy and proud to experience in person the celebration of Lidering\u2019s 50th anniversary.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

For me, this moment is especially emotional, as I began very young in this company\u2014in the position of delivery driver.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Thirty years have passed since then, and during this time I\u2019ve grown both personally and professionally thanks to all the colleagues I\u2019ve had the privilege to share experiences with.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Witnessing the evolution of the company over these years is a true source of satisfaction. But what motivates and energizes me the most is seeing the commitment and quality of the human team that today forms part of Lidering\u2014and who will help shape a better, more sustainable future.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Thanks to each and every one of them.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

We were fortunate to be surrounded by truly important people: former and current colleagues, long-standing partners, and many familiar faces who have left their mark on our story. Having them all present at the event was a reflection of the impact and legacy Lidering has left on so many lives<\/strong> throughout five decades.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the most memorable moments of the night was the performance by <\/span>Jordi Nexus<\/b>, who retold the history of our company from a fresh perspective\u2014full of symbolism, magic, and emotion. Through live storytelling and creative dynamics, we revisited the most important milestones of Lidering, from its humble beginnings to the present day. The ultimate takeaway: the true driving force of this organization has always been its people\u2014their knowledge, passion, and spirit of innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 50th anniversary of Lidering was a unique blend of tribute, celebration, and togetherness\u2014looking to the future while reminding us that <\/span>we are what we celebrate<\/b>. Laughter, hugs, memories, and emotions were the common thread of the evening, thanks to every single attendee.<\/span><\/p>\n

A weekend full of connection<\/h2>\n

The following Saturday, we continued the celebration with a more intimate <\/span>team-building day<\/b> where the current Lidering team enjoyed a laid-back meal under the sun, energized by the rhythm of the <\/span>Maori hakas (New Zealand)<\/b>. It was a day full of connection and shared energy among all the people who make up this amazing team.<\/span><\/p>\n
